The RELEASE Guide
How to Release Your Press-On Nails
A gentle ritual for your natural nails.
Your nails are not meant to be pulled, rushed, or forced. When you are ready to take off your set, give yourself a quiet moment and let the nails release with softness.
Step by Step
|
Step 01 |
Soften the bond Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes. For extra care, add a few drops of cuticle oil to help loosen the adhesive. |
|
Step 02 |
Release slowly from the side Using a wooden cuticle stick, gently lift the press-on nail from the side. If it does not release easily, pause and soak a little longer. |
|
Step 03 |
Never pull or peel Your natural nails should always feel protected. Please do not force the nail off — a beautiful nail ritual should never cause pain. |
|
Step 04 |
Restore with care After the nails are released, lightly clean any remaining adhesive. Finish with cuticle oil or hand cream, massaging gently into your nails and cuticles. |
A gentle reminder: If your nails feel sensitive, give them time to rest before applying a new set. Your nail health always comes first.

How to Care for Your Natural Nails
Care is part of the beauty.
At Editory Atelier, we believe press-on nails are more than an accessory — they are a way to express mood, style, and selfhood. But underneath every beautiful set are your natural nails, and they deserve patience and care.
Keep your nails clean, dry, and moisturized. Apply cuticle oil often, especially after releasing your press-ons. Avoid using your nails as tools, and allow your natural nails to breathe between sets when needed.
If your nails feel thin or tender, wait before wearing another set. There is beauty in taking your time.
Wear beautifully. Release gently. Care deeply.
